- By using the Swamproots website or app you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
- Be respectful. Don't harass, impersonate, spam or scam other members, and don't post content that is illegal, hateful or that you don't have the rights to. You can report a member in the app; we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
- Only show an NFT you own. Holder Edition items use your own NFT image under that NFT's holder license; ownership is verified and features stop if it lapses. Swamproots isn't affiliated with Yuga Labs or any NFT collection.
- Points, stamps and attendance records are for fun and proof of participation. They have no cash value and can't be sold, transferred or redeemed for money.
- The Swamproots passport is a novelty souvenir, not a travel or identity document.
- Orders, pricing, shipping and refunds are shown at checkout. Physical items ship to US addresses only.
- The app is provided “as is” (including TestFlight test builds, which may change or break). To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
